Services and project information
The website describes areas of work that you can discuss with Nova Build Engineering. The scope, deliverables, price, timing and responsibilities for an engagement are confirmed in a written proposal and agreement.
General website information and concept illustrations are not project-specific engineering advice, approved drawings, a quotation or an offer to undertake work. Construction and engineering decisions require assessment of the individual project. Relevant approvals, qualifications, registrations, insurance and review requirements must be confirmed for the agreed work.
Enquiries and quotations
The enquiry tool prepares a brief in your browser. You review the brief and choose to open your email app, copy it or download it. You must send the email yourself. Preparing a brief does not submit an enquiry or create a contract.
We discuss the information needed to price your project. A written quotation identifies its scope, assumptions, exclusions and price basis. Changes to drawings, site conditions or scope may require the proposal to be revised.
Privacy and contact information
Information you choose to share
If you email us, we receive the contact details, message and attachments you send. The enquiry tool asks for a name, email and project brief; location and timing are optional. The current tool keeps entered details in page memory and does not upload them to an enquiry database. Closing or reloading the page clears the form. Your email app or browser may retain information according to its own settings.
Purpose and service providers
We use enquiry information to respond, discuss the scope and prepare a proposal. Please agree a transfer method with us before sending confidential project documents or personal information about other people.
Cloudflare hosts the website and processes connection information, such as IP addresses, to deliver and protect the service. Our business mailbox uses Namecheap Private Email; Resend is used for business-generated transactional email. These providers may process information outside Australia under their service arrangements. Your own email provider also processes messages you send.
NOVA Agent and document uploads
NOVA first searches the published service descriptions in your browser. If optional AI assistance is available, you must select the consent checkbox before an unmatched question can be sent to OpenAI for service navigation. Do not enter confidential project information, personal records or documents into NOVA. AI assistance is currently unavailable while its operational controls are being completed.
The prepared integration requests that OpenAI not store the response as application state; this is not a promise of zero provider retention. Its usage controls use a salted IP identifier, request counts and usage totals. Question text is not stored in the application's usage ledger. Hosting and provider operational records are subject to their respective service arrangements.
Online document uploads are closed until private access and malware scanning have been verified. Please contact us to agree a transfer method.
Cookies and browser storage
The website stores your light or dark appearance preference in your browser. It does not use advertising trackers. Enquiry briefs and cost-planner inputs are not sent to NOVA. Operational hosting and email records are separate from these browser forms.
Questions, access and correction
To ask how your information is handled, request access or correction, request deletion where appropriate, or raise a privacy concern, email [email protected]. We will review your request, including any records needed for an ongoing engagement or applicable obligations.
Planning tools and project guide
The concrete tool calculates uniform volume from user-entered dimensions. The cost planner calculates selected work packages using quantities and dated supplier rates that you enter. Neither tool determines a structural design or supplies verified current Perth prices. Check quantity allowances, inclusions, exclusions, rate validity, any builder allowance and tax treatment before using an estimate. Inputs remain in page memory unless you download the calculation. NOVA helps you find published services; it does not provide engineering approval or a fixed quotation.
Photography and visualisations
Industry imagery illustrates the sectors we work in. It does not represent Nova Build's completed projects, employees, equipment ownership or endorsed suppliers. The four-stage construction sequence is an AI-generated architectural concept, not project footage, approved drawings or a construction method statement. NOVA's generated portrait represents a fictional assistant, not an employee.

Short film credits
The twelve-second silent aerial clips are edited from Giwrgos Lamp's coastal construction footage and 8 K's open-pit mine footage, used under the Pexels licence. They illustrate industry settings and do not show Nova Build projects. Playback begins when you choose to play.
Service-guide image credits
The guide cards use distinct industry photographs and original vector concept illustrations. These diagrams show ideas without project data or calculated results. The USGS photographs are published as public domain; other new guide photographs use the Pexels licence. Locations and people shown are illustrative and do not imply a Nova Build project or endorsement.
